• Specific elements that make the Petaluma Gap unique
• How those conditions change the physiology of the grapes
• How to taste the unique elements of the Petaluma Gap’s growing conditions in the wine

Course format

• 90 minute in-person course includes:
  • Official video produced from the Petaluma Gap Winegrowers narrated by award-winning wine writer Elaine Chukan Brown
  • Guided tasting of at least 4 representative wines from the Petaluma Gap and discussion of unique elements in wine created by the growing conditions
  • 15 multiple choice certification exam (25 minutes)
